      Pros

      You get to work at home. But other than that’s there’s nothing good about this place. No relay benefits or structure.

      Cons

      There’s one person , who talks to management and if he doesn’t like you, you’re pretty much screwed. I would avoid working here if at all possible.

      Pros

      Flexibility/Work Life Balance. Nice people , but I'm afraid most will end up leaving.

      Cons

      Lack of vision, Lack of growth, Lack of stability, Lack of motivation, Lack of benefits and Management lacks skills.
