      Pros

      President cares. Flexible work schedule. Their technology platform received a significant overhaul. Good if you're looking for a short-term place to land.

      Cons

      Product looks terribly old. Pay is pretty low compared to Portsmouth, which is 20 minutes away. They elevate college interns/graduates to Director positions without enough thought/vetting. They don't replace technical positions fast enough, leaving the remaining employees overburdened with little to no additional acknowledgement/compensation. Their marketing department doesn't know much about marketing.

      - Growing company with opportunities for advancement and learning - CEO listens to ideas from employees and customers - Good team with lots of smart people and entrepreneurial spirit - Established customer base - Positive results are rewarded - Environment is not highly political

      - Employee training can be improved. Look for new ways to train employees as company grows. - Fast paced environment may not be for everyone
