Ownership & Impact: You're given a lot of responsibility early on. I've been able to own projects which have helped me grow quickly. Cross-functional Collaboration: I get to work closely with sales, product, demand gen, and exec leadership—great visibility and a strong understanding of how the business works. Smart, Supportive Team: The people are genuinely sharp and collaborative. I've learned a ton from peers and leaders alike. Customer-Centric: The focus on solving real problems for CPG brands using eCommerce and digital shelf data makes the work feel relevant and high-impact. Pace Can Be Intense: If you're not comfortable with ambiguity or switching gears quickly, it might be overwhelming. Limited Formal Training: Learning is very hands-on. Great if you're self-motivated, but could be a challenge for someone who prefers structured development programs.

Great place to start your career! Having worked here for 2 years, I can say it is a fantastic place for someone who wants to quickly learn the business and take on challenges that will come your way if you choose to accept them. You'll gain experience here that would likely take much longer to acquire elsewhere. Working in tech, the industry and business are very fast-paced. However, if you have a strong work ethic, are a fast learner, and want to be at the forefront of e-commerce, this is an excellent place to work. The people who work here are great colleagues – not only are they personable, but they are also smart and have a strong work ethic. Leadership is very accessible. Additionally, the company has expanded its product offerings in the past year, positioning us well in the industry. Plus, the company fosters opportunities for career advancement (both within departments and facilitating transitions across various roles). Some things can be a bit disorganized, but the supportive and helpful team always steps in to ensure you find the right solution. Some employees find the mandatory three-day-a-week in-office requirement to be suboptimal. If you prefer to work mostly remotely, this may not be a great fit.
