Currently see very little positives, or any reason to not look for other employment.
Cons
Poorly managed, at best 2 day notice for holiday scheduling, up and down business sales, mainly down this past year. Absolutely no team atmosphere. Upper tier management is abrasive, cares little for the people who work for him. Input not valued. This plant, has a very sketchy future, if management does not change. Poor raises and a weak union.
