You can customized it up to specific reqirements. 2) Tool Integrated with R for Analytics and Future prediction / Decision Making. 3) Challenging work environment. 4) Best for freshers, many opprtunities resides for you. 5) Onsite opprtunities. 6) Lots of things to learn from CTO. 7) Awesome person in delivery in term of technical knowledge.
Cons
1) Language problem in delivery, less communication between south and north. 2) 200% work load on a single person while rest of team is sitting free. 3) Lots of rework because of requirements are not cleared at the time of inception stage, specially at the time of POC.
