Serves its purpose in short-term experience - Prefer Not to State Progenesis Employee Review

Working at Progenesis was a truly rewarding experience. The leadership team places genuine value on employee growth and development, consistently providing opportunities for training, mentorship, and internal advancement. It was especially motivating to see, firsthand, so many team members promoted from within. Even though I wasn’t in a scientific role, I was constantly inspired by the incredible quality of work delivered by the team. Progenesis sets a high standard in its field, and it was a privilege to contribute to such a dedicated and forward-thinking organization. I highly recommend Progenesis to anyone seeking a positive, professional, and growth-oriented work environment.

Unfortunately, I did encounter a few employees who displayed a "that's not my job" attitude. I found it challenging to work with individuals who lacked initiative and seemed uninterested in growth. That said, I appreciated that leadership recognized these challenges and actively worked to support and engage those team members to improve collaboration and accountability.

Coworkers are great. Many tasks are routine and predictable. Patient impact is strongly felt.

Pay and benefits not at all competitive. Company priorities shift erratically. CEO glorifies sales, undervalues on-site lab staff, and micromanages all employees.
