Great training, low pay - Associate Java Developer ProgressSoft Employee Review

Training program was quite good for developers. They hired a highly experienced contractor who provided a rigorous training program which was similar to a bootcamp experience. The training lasted for 3 months, and by the end of it, developers would have been exposed to the many different aspects of software engineering, and have an excellent foundation on which to base their future learning. Facilities are very clean, people are professional.
