No set location. I loved going to different places everyday to help others. It was always different and the clients were friendly. They paid for mileage when you took your clients where ever they needed to go. Everything was organized and every house had a filing cabinet filled with helpful information on each individual to help you accommodate yourself into their lives.
Cons
Mileage compensation wasn't much. I was told later on they only paid half of your mileage and pocketed the other half given to them to pay you from the government. My checks were off. I didn't like having to calculate my pay to make sure I was getting paid correctly. The company said I wouldn't be working with bodily fluids but I did on a daily basis. The clients were disabled but not to the point they needed a home so they were capable of taking care of themselves but would make your job difficult if you didn't do it for them. I loved helping my clients but it was hard to get them follow the rules and I didn't like calling and reporting them because then I lost hours since I would most likely be taken out of the home because the client was taking advantage of a situation.
