Pros
Company culture is second to none. From day one you get a good feel for the culture and charity work. Here are my pros: 1. Culture 2. Growing company - which means in certain states they are hiring like crazy 3. Very attentive HR department that listens and holds management acountable 4. Top notch training regardless what your role is, chances are they have a training program for you. (Claims they will fly you to Cleveland or Arizona for two weeks) 5. Lastly, everyone gets a a year end bonus as long as you are in good standing with the company which is a percentage of your annual pay 6. No drug tests ever. I know right
Cons
1. Depending on your local management determines how enjoyable your career will be with the company. 2. As the company grows they continuously have reorganizations which means managers are being bumped down to lesser positions with less pay in some cases and lower level jobs in some cases are going away all together (luckily they are reassigning most people to other roles) 3. They promote heavily from within, in most cases when a new job is posted they already have an idea of who they want for the job and in most cases they will go through the interview process as a formality. 4. Its a publicly traded company which means all decisions are made to please investors which means more reorganizations for the foreseeable future. 5. Not alot of minority diversity in leadership roles 6. You have to be open to moving where the jobs are if you want to move up
