Pros
Flexible scheduling, remote, pay is better than most call centers
Cons
Training was horrible. A lot of people have quit the position because our scope of responsibilities seems to be un-clear.. We end up doing a lot of the claims adjuster's light work without getting the pay advantage or Opportunity to apply for the claims adjuster position. Position is generally very stressful because call, complain, request a super visor but supervisors never answer, so you ultimately end up staying on long calls with no resolution because your abilities are limited as a whole. The role just wasn't for me.
