Pros
Love the company culture, and the fact I feel valued here. I don’t feel micro managed, and love the people I work with they are all great.
Cons
I feel as though I go beyond my job description daily, the bonus incentive usually makes up for the pay but with the QA grading..1-2 bad calls out of hundreds you lose your bonus. It’s very discouraging. Not all leaders are the same but when needing leadership approval, our values are we value people above of all else and you hear a customer out, and leadership basically shuts you down with “nope sorry”, we are left hangin dealing with angry people and more often then not lose customers. We are on the front lines speaking with these people, they should trust our judgement more, especially the senior level collectors.
