      Pros

      Excellent place to work. I love the weekly paycheck and the wages are very fair . Great health benefits and profit sharing. We have a very down to earth human resources department and management team. Our company cookouts and Christmas party always has great food and wonderful gifts.

      Cons

      I did not like the old attendance policy. However, our new attendance policy is very fair.
