Working with PTP during the pandemic, I felt my safety and the safety of my teammates was a top priority, and I appreciated how they cared for our health and welfare throughout this process. Their adaptability made it possible for me to manage my team in a way that aligned with my values.

Being on the phones for hours was mentally/emotionally taxing, for sure, but it was an adaptation to the workplace hazards that were preoccupying the entire nation. It wasn't ideal, but we were making the best of a really challenging situation.
