Pros
The top three pros are:
First and foremost the culture at Project Everest Ventures is fantastic. You are constantly surrounded by staff who inspire you to push yourself out of your comfort zone and to know that they will be there to help you.
The company vision is something that everyone can see value in and is reinforced every day.
The potential for growth is an exciting time and a perfect environment to gain insight into a startup reaching scale.
Cons
The top three cons:
In a full-time capacity or overseas placement, the hours are long and the stress can put you at your limits.
The wage isn't reflective of the hours or investment you will put into the job, as the roles are heavily focused on the growth and impact side of things.
There are very specific roles that you will need to fill that don't have much legroom to fluctuate, as a result of the companies vision of scale, so if it isn't exactly what you'd want, that is something you'll need to consider.
