Pros
-cool mission and people involved -some employees genuinely care and were awesome to work with
Cons
-Leadership and workplace culture are toxic. -Leadership listens to a select group that they trust and leaves everyone else out. -No care for the mental health of their employees, despite their mission. They certainly do not practice what they preach to other companies and the general public. -Emphasis on getting famous people involved, name recognition, etc. -Pay inequity, especially if you are coming from the nonprofit space. -Lack of care about the intersection between mental health and marginalized/underserved communities, even when brought to their attention. -Lack of transparency. -High turnover due to reasons stated above. -See their publicly available 990 for a sense of how they choose to spend money, salaries, etc.
