Good experience - English Teacher Project International Employee Review

Thank you for leaving a review for us. It's wonderful to hear that you have a good experience and had fun. I can understand your frustration with regards to staff of different ages recieving different salaries. All our salaries follow the Government's National Minimum Wage trends which increase significantly when an employee turns 21. We appreciate how hard our staff of all ages work and increase our wages every year. We also increase the salaries of returning staff and increase salaries for staff with additional qualifications such as First Aid, TEFL or Lifeguarding. We will continue to analyse and review our pay scheme and do our best to make it as fair as we can. Hopefully we get to work together again soon.
