Pros
It was a fine place to work part-time as a college student. Scheduling was really easy and flexible, they were fine with me working minimal hours when my schedule got busy, and you got one free item per shift (and their stuff is very healthy but expensive, so I considered this a big bonus).
Cons
Some customers were rude especially in regards to the high prices, but that's to be expected with food service. Manager always backed me up in these interactions. Only real complaint is that my pay was never raised after a year and a half of consistently getting good performance reviews and seeing other people around me get raises. I think this was due to me not working as many hours.
