Pros
PMA provides a strong office culture and supportive management/leadership. Compensation is very competitive and there is clear opportunity for advancement. Personal and professional growth is encouraged and supported. Overall a great experience.
Cons
Upper management can be quite busy so employees get the most out of management support by being vocal about their needs. Additionally, each core office has a distinct culture which can result in culture clashes when inter-office teams are constructed.
