Pros

There were absolutely no pros working at project resources group

Cons

Strong “boys club” culture that can make it hard to feel included or valued. Expectations are extremely high with little to no formal training or onboarding, setting employees up to struggle. Only 12 vacation days for the first 4 years, no dedicated sick time, and overall poor PTO policies make work-life balance difficult. The company hires and fires frequently, creating a lack of stability and a stressful environment. Advancement often feels driven by favoritism rather than performance, and overall support from leadership is lacking.

Thank you for sharing your perspective. We’re sorry to hear that your experience did not reflect the environment we aim to provide. We take feedback regarding training, and leadership support seriously and continue to evaluate how we can improve in these areas. We also want to clarify that our PTO offerings are competitive and we regularly review our benefits to ensure they align with market standards and employee needs. We recognize that experiences can vary across teams and over time, and input like this is part of how we assess and improve our practices. We appreciate the feedback.

Pros

A whopping 50k and you get to drive your own vehicle and put 15-20k miles each year on it. What's not to love.

Cons

The combined IQ of management if that of a potato. Treat employees like garbage and demand results. The culture and morale are below floor level.

Thank you for taking the time to share your perspective. While we understand not every employee experience will be the same, we are disappointed to read your comments regarding leadership, culture, and morale. We strive to foster a respectful and professional work environment. Regarding compensation, we continually review pay rates to remain market-competitive based on job responsibilities and operational requirements. Employees who use personal vehicles for business purposes are reimbursed at a nationally recognized standard mileage rate intended to help offset work-related operating costs. We appreciate the work our team members do each day, and we continue evaluating and improving the employee experience.
