Pros
Working for Projects Abroad is the best job that I've ever had. As I've been here for over 4 years, my role has evolved to become very diverse and allowing me to make the most of my strengths. They're always open to new ideas and will always let you use your initiative to implement new ideas, providing that you've thought it through and that you can allocate the time to do it. They also have a great vision for the future, always looking ahead and continually improving where they can. As an additional bonus, I usually get to travel overseas to assist our volunteers roughly every year and a half with the vast majority of it being paid for, within reason. This has seen me travel to Asia, Africa and the Americas, all of which I had never been to before! There is also a great community here, both in the head office and in the company in general. Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, and they're always happy to help you if you're struggling with anything.
Cons
With such a diverse role, that has developed over time, it does come a large amount of workload. Most of it isn't necessarily to deadlines but more for the betterment of the company and your market and so it is work that you do want to do, but managing your time and juggling it all can be a bit difficult at times.
