I’ve learnt loads in the year since I started at IF, about all things data and AI. I really enjoy working in such an emerging space for a young and dynamic organisation. IF has given me the opportunity to go out of my comfort zone, try new things and develop my own views on how AI and big data is shaping our lives and the distribution of power in society. From working here, I've identified a sector and career path that I wouldn't have necessarily considered before.

It's not always easy working in a relatively new business, that changes almost every week, but I enjoy the challenge.

When I arrived at IF, I believed I had only so much to offer. Through working with the leadership team especially the Head of Narrative Strategy, I grew so much in my research practice. I learned how to better communicate my findings as well as grew in genuine confidence to go out in the industry and land bigger roles.

Working at IF is fast-paced. You need to be ready to hustle.
