The Manager partner at Projinit needs to improve his soft skills, hence, he urgently needs to learn how to lead a team through success, help the team to reach the companys' goals, as well as push the teams' efforts from his side, in order to comply with regard to the clients. In fact, as someone who collaborated with Projinit on a mid-term period, i would like to advise the well respected Manager Partner
that linking up several years of experience does not by any mean equal being a top-notch player or being someone who's going to enhance the teams performance, either you have the tools to become a remarkable Manager such as the person who left the company with a BURN-OUT in his soul, or delegate that task & even hire another person who can take the lead regarding the aforementioned aspect, either way, we are not born Managers indeed, but we become it instead.
Moreoever, self improvement is something to be implied within each individuals' mindset, you cannot for example promote numerous values on paper, but on the other way round, you are lacking those values. WORK ON IT RATHER THAN MESSING WITH PEOPLES' MENTAL HEALTH!!
Last but not least, i am literally not holding grudges towards/against anyone, but as long as i've been treated disrespectfully, that being said and to be more precise, i woke up then found out that my credentials were shut down/canceled without any prior notice, i chose afterwards to speak up, thus, this is not how we treat a collaborator who gave everything, with whom you were grateful and happy at a certain period of time.
