A small professional company - Anonymous employee Prolinx Services Employee Review

Prolinx Services is one of the best small companies I've ever worked for. They have a vision for the future and the ability to let their employees create their own success within the overall process. It's very rare for a small company to understand that telecommuting is not just an option, it can be of huge benefit to the company as well as the employee. The trust factor is enormous, and very welcome.

There honestly aren't any cons for my work with Prolinx

There are no pros for this company other than they started on the right foot with a great group of talent. The joke at their only client is as a contractor just a threaten CEO and you will get money to shut up. Company catered to religious holidays though they are not HR compliant at all. HR Lady was always helpful and friendly -about the only nice person in the group.

If you want to join the drama club go back to college. The CEO clearly failed Business 101. He would be an excellent Drama Coach! Had this super large office space not needed, instead of investing more in his contractors. The company is a joke! WARNING: They will tell you what you want to hear to make money off you. We all got smart to them. Go away Prolinx!!
