      Pros

      Great projects and culture, plenty of nice and interesting people to work with, easy to get involved in whatever interests you. Also plenty of resources and supportive management which allows to be ambitious and still succeed. Bonuses are also great.

      Cons

      I can't imagine working somewhere else even for much more money.

      Nice office, nice people, CEO is a former software engineer, lots of ways to grow, not afraid to use modern technologies, freedom, flexibility, great culture

      Cons

      Management is very cautious, trying to accomplish everything with minimum resources. Your career development is your own responsibility.
