Pros

Did not reveal nasty politics until you put down your guard.

Cons

They hired a non technical marketing person who didn't know how to code or read code as the principal blockchain engineer. They would hold secret meetings with other engineers everyday to try and learn basics around blockchain and smart contracts. In fact they didn't know how Ethereum worked or how to read a line of solidity while the Blockchain engineers (supposedly reporting to her) very building l2/l1 protocols in multiple languages (rust, ink, ts) etc.

Pros

I can honestly say that this is a great place to work. The team is knowledgeable, collaborative and so easy to work with, everyone is eager to help and deliver a great product. A lot of tech processes are well set up, which makes the day to day a lot smoother and more enjoyable than I've experienced elsewhere. The tech in general is quite interesting and being able to work remotely makes it so much easier to balance work and life.

Cons

The company is still in its early stages so things can feel a bit undefined at times, it's not necessarily a bad thing, but worth knowing going in if you prefer a more structured environment.

Pros

Firm has a great plan in place and are hiring strong people to meet objectives. Staff is friendly and welcoming and the Partners and Managers genuinely care about the people and all that each person brings to the table. It is refreshing to be a part of small company with genuinely good people.

Cons

I cannot honestly state any at this time as I am new and just beginning my journey at Prometheum.
