Where to start with this dumpster fire of a company! Unless your white middle aged preferable ex military and male I'd avoid this company like the plague. Sexism is not only tolerated, its actively encouraged by multiple members of the senior management team. The discriminative language allowed in the office is so disgusting you'd need to witness it to believe it. Senior members of staff shamelessly swearing, shouting and bullying lower staff members demanding a level of work beyond the capabilities of one person offering no support, additional team members or resources. The only people protected from these tirades are the ones who act as the managers personal informants reporting anything negative back to the senior leaders for it then to be used as a weapon to bully that individual. Good managers are short and far between because as soon as they release the level of toxicity within this company they understandably jump ship. The only people left are the ones who have no choice or the ones under the protection of the bully's aka senior management. The CEO, what CEO he has no idea what is going on in his own company. If its not in the US as far as he's concerned it isn't happening. The staff turnover is as high as it is for a reason!
