      Pros

      Some genuinely great colleagues many whom have been with the company a long time.

      Cons

      Entirely new upper management team unfamiliar with the business. Regular layoffs. No value placed on good employees. Incredibly low employee Morale.

      Pros

      It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth. High turnover. Very monotonous.
