      Pleasent colleagues, local management do their best, meeting people

      Cons

      Poor salary and very low contract hours. Expect to be called outside of your agreed working hours if someone hasn't turned up or if there's a problem in the test centre. Absolutely no career opportunities.

      Pros

      It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth. High turnover. Very monotonous.
