      My direct boss was amazing.

      Cons

      GHD isn't very helpful. There's not enough support for TCAs. The info we need to give each candidate from the client practice is often down and we have to wing it too often.

      Pros

      It can be flexible at times. I enjoyed my team, and everyone worked well together for the most part; given the ones that wanted to be there.

      Cons

      Very little room for growth. High turnover. Very monotonous.
