Dangled a promotion over my head to get me to do a migration/implementation project (well outside my role).
Worked 10 days in a row to complete it.
Didn't get promotion because my line manager didn't like that I made him look ignorant. Which he was.
Offered a measly upgrade of salary, but "only while completing new duties".
ie: finish the project so we can pay you less again.
Solutions architect is inept at his role. Wouldn't trust him to scope his way out of a wet paper bag.
