Pros
Easy to get hired. Their managers and hiring staff are not very thorough or picky. High turn over means constant openings. They will hire anyone with a pulse to do their warehouse/order picker work
Cons
One of the most dysfunctional businesses i have ever seen. Each department hates one another. The sales staff and other office workers are catty, backbiting, bitter people. No one is happy here. The management has a open and vocal disregard for warehouse staff and drivers. I have heard first hand sales and executives bash the warehouse crew and drivers. They are seen as low and unimportant. They dont pay well and try to confuse the drivers with complicated pay schemes. There is no regard for safety, people are injured all the time. There is no training for anyone at all. They have all kinds of law suits against them and they seem to not want to correct the issues that can be avoided. The building itself is in total disrepair. The lunch/break room is a JOKE. The leadership staff is 100% to blame. This is the 1950's business environment with none of the integrity of that era. This company is very cliquey, everyone sticks to their little groups and talks trash about the others. Its like high school but with all old people who despise having a good time.
