Lack of organization. Fake it till you get caught culture. Needs to do random drug tests on employees while they are on the job. There is no accountability whatsoever if this goes on. Needs to adjust diversity. When a group gets too large a lot of hidden and corrupted issues result. There is no reason why this should be happening. Other than haphazard management.
