Pros
If you land at a job at one of their better locations, such as Google, you get to enjoy certain perks.
Cons
Low hourly pay. Upper management does not provide support to its employees. Expectations are ridiculous. Spoke to the VP of operations regarding being over worked, and basically said it is okay for a company to under compensate those who go above and beyond. Benefits are not guaranteed, even if you work full time.
