Pros

Working at Propel is a different exciting experience for me every day. The workspace is comfortable and transparent due to standing desks and no cubicle walls. The team is excited to help and open to new ideas. After my first week here I felt like part of the team due to the uplifting culture of the employees! Some other pros are the area that we work in. Our location has a lot of excellent lunch options and a safe and open parking lot. We are also only a couple blocks from the Caltrain which is a great commuting option utilized by some of our team members. I'm excited to work for a company that I can make a difference at.

Cons

The fast paced environment that we work in may take some time to get used to because it is a start up, but if you are open to learn you'll thrive here. Staying organized is key because of an array of different projects that need to be completed.

Pros

Propel really cares about its employees and its customers. One of their core values is delighting customers and I have never been somewhere that is so customer-focused. It's a breath of fresh air.

Cons

Not much! I have really enjoyed my time so far. The products sold are complicated if you have not come from a PLM background so it does take some time to get oriented.

Pros

+ I enjoyed working with a group of wonderful people who are smart, have great working ethics, and are supportive of my career growth. + Propel is a good place to explore career paths by taking on different responsibilities or for some, building a career in the Salesforce ecosystem. + Having a highly-collaborative environment by working with cross-functional teams and the management team. + You get to define and contribute to the company culture. + The management team takes the time and effort to show appreciations to their teams. + The office located next to the beautiful Santa Clara University campus where you get to take a break in its beautiful gardens, take a nap in the quiet, historical church, or picnic with the squirrels on the green grass. + The office is in a walking distance to the Caltrain station. There are also plenty of free parkings by the office building.

Cons

+ Everything is extremely organic and is constantly changing. You just need to be agile and be comfortable with working with a blank canvas. Then again, this is normal for a startup. I enjoyed this type of environment but can be challenging for some. + “Unlimited time off” can be subjective to the individuals in the management team, which is a common phenomenon in startups.
