Pros
This organization has grown explosively over the last few years and is poised to continue this trend. The leadership has a keen sense for utilizing unique opportunities to expand our reach in varying markets, and they value mentoring over dictating. No matter what position you're in, they'll find your strengths and what you genuinely enjoy doing, and make sure you succeed. My director always stresses that we shouldn't work too many hours even though they do, and that their hours shouldn't set the tone for how much we feel we have to work. They dedicate a lot of resources to give employees the opportunity to succeed, and have a wide array of awesome benefits that I haven't seen from any other organization
Everyone in the organization strives to help each other, and I can't think of a better company to work for.
