Pros
I joined this company because I was impressed by its strong values, dedicated team, and meaningful mission. Everyone is wonderful to work with and truly wants to support one another.
I appreciate the flexibility in my role that allows me to work from home and adjust my schedule when necessary. My manager supports my growth and encourages a healthy work-life balance.
The paid time off (PTO) and company holidays are great. I enjoy being able to use volunteer time off to contribute to my community. The company just added a lifestyle savings account, which I haven't had the opportunity to use yet, but I'm looking forward to it.
Cons
I personally don't have much to say for cons. The company is growing and moves fast. I like that type of work environment, but I realize it might not suit everyone. But if you like working for a company that is growing, this is a great place with many opportunities.
