Property Brands

Is this your company?

Not a great place, but not the worst. - Anonymous employee Property Brands Employee Review

Pros

Flexible work schedule. Able to work from home if needed. People were generally cordial and even friendly with each other at work.

Cons

Commute when unable to work from home. Crap rolling downhill was frequently followed by a cascade of pointing fingers. Upper and Middle management were never held accountable and the lower level employees were scapegoated frequently. Mixed messages on time off requests being approved often resulted in getting a poor performance review which would affect raises and even employment for some.

Pros

Pretty flexible about working around from home when you have appointments near home. Free meal once a month.

Cons

Since Property Brands took over there have been ... 1. no reviews or pay increases 2. 401k matching system eliminated w/o being told. I saw my check increase one period. Then later the 401k plan was completely eliminated. 3. 6 people terminated when 6 months earlier we were told "no changes coming, don't change a thing, you're doing a good job" 4. head count reductions through attrition. People left, not replaced, load spread around, quality of service comprised. 5. no long range plan from upper mgt of where we're headed. We get a quarterly 'Go Team' mtg. 6. the top priorities change daily based on an AI program designed from a squirrel's brain. 7. forced integrations with other Brands companies that are pushed out way too early. 8. little to no knowledge transfer as people leave. 9. 4 people leave in the last 10 months with a combined 43 years of tenure that didn't have another position waiting.
