They provide health insurance that they partially pay for. That’s about it.
Cons
The owner, Paul Dasteaug, is extremely misogynistic & stuck in the 1930’s. If you are a women working there & you recommend something, forget it. However, a man can recommend the same thing & he will praise him. The turnaround at this company is like nothing I’ve ever seen. It’s a horrible work environment. You are expected to be in call 27/7 with no overtime pay. You have no social life. The pay is horrible.
