1) Be prepared to face the worst boss ever who is super micro managed, doesn't help on what you're working on and all the bosses care about is the outcome despite meaningless project. 2) Your project will forever be depriortized and you are the one to be blame. 3) Despite the company practiced employee survey but your voice be not heard forever 4) Recently they implemented SSO to silence the critics in Pigeonhole which clearly practicing communism 5) The new IPP leadership looks absolutely weak, just NATO like a headless chicken 6) It's funny to see CEO speaks and guaranteed company great outlook after being fully acquired in previous townhall. In the next townhall just 2months after, the same CEO resigned & replaced immediately.
