Pros
I've been here for almost two years, and it's been a genuinely good place to grow — solid learning, fair pay, and real opportunities. What's made my experience strong is the people. Sony especially stands out as an understanding manager: she listens, she gets where you're coming from, and she brings calmness under pressure, turning stressful, high-stakes moments into something the whole team can handle. Abhishek, our senior QA Architect, is incredibly helpful — sharp technically and always willing to step in and guide you when you're stuck. The wider team deserves credit too — the colleagues I work with, the SDET group included, are talented, supportive, and quick to back each other up. You might read a harsh reviews about the culture, but two years in, I haven't felt it. There's always a bit of fun and laughter in the team, and the people around me have been respectful and helpful throughout.
Cons
Things can get intense during crunch periods, but that's the nature of fast-paced work .
