Pros

Prophet has a high-profile client roster, very smart people at most levels of the company, and interesting and challenging work.

Cons

Extremely poor work-life balance. Senior leaders cannot be trusted. They are two-faced and hypocritical. They will promise you one thing and then turn around and do the exact opposite. They create a facade of being a fun and collegial place to work, when in actuality nothing could be further than the truth. It is a very unhealthy, toxic work environment. It's extremely competitive/cut-throat with employees blatantly pitted against one another at all levels. Then they plan a 2-day all-firm event in Iceland and think it will make everything right. Guess what...It doesn't!

Pros

You get to work for big name brands/clients with some amazing people who are savvy and really good at what they do. Pay is OK but make sure to negotiate high when entering since you likely won't get a raise for a long time.

Cons

Some staff and partners create a toxic environment where exploitation feels constant. Employees are overworked and underpaid, with feedback that’s often limited to “you can do more” or “you can do better,” yet rarely offers real guidance on what or how to improve. No matter how much effort you put in, appreciation is scarce. It’s disheartening to see those who contribute less—but excel at self-promotion—advance more quickly. Favoritism is widespread, and if you’re not comfortable with office politics, this may not be the right place for you. Despite claims of diversity, the environment doesn’t truly reflect it. Being from outside the U.S. can put you at a noticeable disadvantage.
