Owner has several different companies and tries to combine all together using managers from other companies who aren't legally employed by them to run things and make major changes. It is a nightmare and nobody knows what is going on or going to happen next most of the time. He has property management and construction as well that he tries to run like manufacturing and it's embarrassing. An abundance of meetings taking you away from your daily duties.
