Good exposure to the world of work and generally nice and well meaning people.

Bad pay for placements who they claim are a vital part of the company. The awards that they achieved such as ‘placement of the year’ are pay to win awards unfortunately. I felt quite underwhelmed when I opted for a company with lower pay for what I thought would be a better experience. Also made the placements give them a 5Star rating on review sites like rate my placement

Definitely a great company to work for. I was there on a 13 month placement scheme and there was always support when I needed it; with most employees having been placements themselves, they know the position you're in and are more than happy to give advice and help. You are given a wide range of roles within the company but if you wanted to experience a different area of the business, they are likely to bend over backwards to accommodate.

- The basic salary was slightly lower than other placement schemes I was looking at but this is more than made up for with the experience you get from the year.
