Too many chiefs... Ownership and corporate executives frequently micromanage. Many empty promises on upward movement or change. Wages are not competitive for the work performed at all levels from line employees to management. Several members in the organization harbor a negative attitude and lack accountability. This creates a negative company culture. Benefits program lacks as well. Mediocre healthcare and no 401k option.
