Pros
I have been with the company for almost 3 years. I have a wonderful supervisor and awesome team mates. The workload can be challenging, but it is easy to manage. We are not micromanaged and work well together to complete tasks. I currently work remote which can pose challenges. The pay is good, raises are decent and the bonus is a great addition to pay.
Cons
working remote you are not visible to others and can limit the ability to move into other areas. benefits previously were great but have changed for 2025 the plans are not the best and are expensive for parents with children
