Pros
You learn a lot. Pace is super fast, it's swim or sink situation and you must adapt and learn a lot in a short amount of time. Colleagues are great: they are constantly overworked but they help newcomers even when they don't have time to do so.
Cons
Textile related fields are looked down on, and aren't paid much. Very disorganized, new products are show and and sold even when R'n'D didn't work down kinks and then you work overtime (it's paid, but base salary is small, so not worth it) Communication between workers and managers and directors isn't very good. Thing that hurt the most was that with my salary the only thing I could afford to buy there was a pillow. Everything else, for ex. a chair costs more than my monthly salary
