Pros

You learn to lie better.

Cons

Isn't it strange...that a barrage of positive 5 star ratings come in on this company when someone who is at the bottom of the pyramid makes an honest review of their experience? Make of that what you will. This sums the company up entirely. My advice, stay away from this place like the plague. There is no minimum wage. Some weeks there is no wage. You actively lie to people to obtain their money, you see this happening all around you. This job is a chugger job. Beware of being asked to go on road trips with these people for work, they will make you pay for the trip yourself. I was asked to go on such a working trip to Lakeland area for a week (later found out it was just because I could drive a car) we had to pay for the hire vehicle ourselves, the petrol and the accommodation (I was minus money after this work trip) while we (the people at the bottom of the pyramid) made our team leaders and managers very rich indeed. MONEY IS RARELY EVER MADE ON THESE TRIPS FOR ENTRY LEVEL WORKERS.

Pros

The only thing good about the place was the atmosphere in the morning, apart from that my time at the place was woeful.

Cons

where do I start?! the hours you are expected to work are absolutely ridiculous. You get there for atmosphere for 8am (you are expected as early a 7am some days) and you work out in the field until at least 5pm, you then go back to the office to 'break down your day' and end up staying in the office until 7:30pm sometimes. When offered the job it was not made clear that this is a 100% commission only job so you could earn absolutely nothing for a whole weeks work. They expect you to make your own way to the events and do not reimburse your travel expenses. The manager was extremely rude which is the reason I left and I don't even know where to start with one of the assistant managers... I've never ever EVER been spoken to the way that he spoke to me on numerous occasions, it was an absolute joke.
