      Pros

      Everyone is prepared to get stuck in, good people get hired who enhance the team. The team is supportive, and there is a genuine team spirit even though lockdown has been a tricky obstacle. Great leadership accross the business with humility, drive and empowerment! There is great ambition and the business is prepared to act quickly and dynamically to get the job done, and grow. There are good opportunities career and learning for everyone, and you are pushed to achieve. Coaching and feedback is provided consistently to provide an environment to grow personally.

      The natural growing pains that come with a global business.

      Pros

      The most empathetic leadership I've had the pleasure to work with. The culture is one of positivity, collaboration, and working together to solve problems. Previous roles this was talked about but a myth - not here. The client retention rate is extremely high, NPS scores far out pace competitors. The company is highly organized, onboarding is structured and supportive.

      Cons

      It's a truly global company, with operations in Australia, UK, and North America. There will be times you must attend meetings off-hours. Everyone is sensitive to this so all meetings are recorded and shared.
