Pros
I can think of very few pros, except that the Advice Line actually does give a great service to individuals who have or are thinking of blowing the whistle, and that the staff members working on the advice line (except their manager) really care and are a lovely group of people
Cons
Senior Management Team - absolute shambles. One member of the team has been repeatedly criticised for bullying behaviour and shouting. Otherwise, very disorganised, very closed, take decisions and don't explain why this is done. Talk down to more junior staff members. Incredibly rapid turnover.
