Cons
Due to project-based nature of work, short periods (a few days to a weed) of carefully managed crunch (working a few hours more than usual during a day) happens infrequently (maximally once every three months). The usual caveats of small early-stage startups also apply: - Constantly changing processes and tools. - Significant amounts of uncertainty.
